The spacious room, adorned with charming retro decor, made for a cozy retreat, and the quality of the futon mattresses ensured a restful night's sleep. The host's kindness shone through as they promptly addressed my questions, making me feel at home from the moment I arrived. I was particularly grateful for the dedicated parking and access to the shared kitchen, which added a layer of convenience and community to my visit. Each morning, I was captivated by the panoramic scenery that greeted me, reminding me of the unique beauty of Hakodate. Hakodateyama offered incredible value for money, allowing me to immerse myself in the tranquility of the area while feeling well cared for.
